Hi guys,
We arrived safe and sound and went right to work yesterday. Our host is providing fruit and other "goodies" in our staging area. Please let me stick to the healthier carbs today. 

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - 2 hard boiled eggs
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - wine, most of a 6oz filet, salad w/ranch and I shared a small piece of cheese cake with one of my team members

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch:
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Happy Wednesday folks,

chicken, some baked potato and a bit of veggies with a corn muffin - restaurant in the city

yogurt and coffee

cutlet, mac n cheese, beets

sf chocolate pudding

1 mini chocolate

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1 hour of aquasize

Feelings: better today but my weight is up and I am once again backed, I eat stupid and I have a hard time going to the bathroom, I would have thought I would be loose.

Anyway to much information. - I am feeling better today and I got to run I have my trainer appt in about an hour and I have to drive to the city. Have a great day folks.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

LOL - praying for healthy food is funny!! :-)  It's annoying that low carbing really does feel like you're swimming up stream (I guess we're a bit like salmon).

Anyways, happy hump day - I hope you're surviving there is light at the end of the tunnel!! ;-)
