Yes! Although I live in Israel , I spoke to him in 2007 when I was considering a revision from the old ring surgery (open surgery non adjustable band). A doll of a doctor!
He was recommended to me by a revised RnYer who doesn't post on OH anymore bug is on Facebook, Shar Smilow Sherman. Maybe go to my page on Facebook (Mikimi Steinberg) and look her up and write her a pm.
Ask if you can speak to any of his patients.
In the end, for me, living in Israel I saw five top bariatric surgeons at that time in Israel (now there many more). I was revised to RnY in Feb,2008. I still have not lost all my excess weight but I'm jot expecting to be Twiggy/Barbie.
