lol  You've got a good hubby!  I'm getting ready to beat this chicken to tenderize it. Gets some of the stress taken care of too.

My stir fry turned out ~~~awesome~~~.  I just put a little less of the spices I would normally use for beef or pork stir fry.  I think I will be using zucchini more often too.

Hello everyone, Happy Thursday, I posted once and my computer would not save it so here goes one more time - computer issues this morning to, sorry about the late post.

Bites:

chocolate banana protein shake

protein bar

roast beef, onion and gravy

picked at a few veggies while cleaning out the fridge

strawberry protein shake

2 cookies

4 perogies with sour cream, 1 chicken drumstick and one thigh with some spag. squash and cauliflower

pudding

Vites: all in

Exercites: 50 min with trainer and evening workout with friend

Feelings: exhausted from all this working out, my biggest complaint is the sore muscles and doing it 6 days a week. But I do love how good I feel mentally, so it is worth it. lol

I think the problems might be with OH. It just sits here and spins and spins and spins.

Bites look great. Vites look great. Exercites look great.  You're awesome!

Hi there Laurie - I strive for 150 grams of protein every day.  120 comes from the protein coffees.

I don't use unflavored protein powder. Right now Optimum Nutrition, vanilla is my favorite.  Have you tried making a protein coffee yet?
