Bites: 

chocolate banana protein shake

1/2 bagel with cream cheese and yogurt

strawberry protein shake

4 fresh spring rolls - restaurant

watermelon

4 small homemade meatballs/ 1 perogy and 2 tbsp of beans

jello and whipped cream

Vites: all in

Exercites: 50 min with trainer

Feelings: feeling good, I am excited about my weight dropping, not much but still dropping. :) 

 

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Somebody must have fixed something at the OH server farm. It's working better for me today too. 

Good for you losing, even if it's a little. Better than gaining, right?  :)

TGIF!! 

Well I normally suffer quite bad constipation and today I got the opposite!!  I really don't have much idea what caused it but it'd be so nice to find a balance between the 2 extremes - no accidents, it's just inconvenient to have to da****hink I'm OK now and I bet by tomorrow it'll be back to the usual.

I wonder if this is coz I didn't have any vites on Monday due to my labs on Tuesday??  Doubt I'll ever know for sure! ;-)

It could be the lack of vitamins yesterday. Never underestimate calcium, strontium and iron. lol

Vit free day was Monday and diarrhoea (yes that's how we spell it in the UK and it's what autocorrect wants) was yesterday... just seems like a long lag, but who knows.
