Three month follow up appt.

I am so happy! I went for my three month post op appt with Dr. Roslin, yesterday. I had surgery on December 3 and have lost 70 pounds since. I started at 268 and I am now 198. I feel amazing!

Holy Cow! Congratulations!  70 pounds weight loss post surgery is amazing. If you don't mind my asking, how much protein were you eating daily and what would a typical day look like food and exercise wise? Did you eat 5 times a day? Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. At this point I ain't for at least 60 to 80 grams of protein but this also includes one or two protein shakes because I really am not hungry at all. I have to force myself to eat. Next week I'm going to try to push for 90 grams of protein a day. I ate three times a day and had  usually one protein shake which I made with Unsweetened soy milk,peanut butter, ice and I use unjury protein powder so it usually came up to 35 grams of protein just with the shake. I walk a lot and in about a month or two I plan to do more weight training in order to build muscle.
