Hi. At this point I ain't for at least 60 to 80 grams of protein but this also includes one or two protein shakes because I really am not hungry at all. I have to force myself to eat. Next week I'm going to try to push for 90 grams of protein a day. I ate three times a day and had usually one protein shake which I made with Unsweetened soy milk,peanut butter, ice and I use unjury protein powder so it usually came up to 35 grams of protein just with the shake. I walk a lot and in about a month or two I plan to do more weight training in order to build muscle.
