Happy Wednesday Everyone, I am off to the gym this morning, even on my day off, how smart was I, I would have liked to sleep in one of these days that I had off. And yet I go again tomorrow at 6:30 before work. I definitely will be doing more stretching today, I hurt from just under my neck to my butt, my muscles need some rest.
Bites:
Strawberry protein shake
yogurt
protein bar
2 eggs, 3 slices bacon, hash browns, 1 1/2 slices rye bread
popcorn and diet pop
roast beef/ mashed pot - gravy/ peas
sf jello and whipped cream

Exercites: 50 min. with trainer and 45 min aquamotion level 2 - thought I was going to die. :)
Feelings: Good, the workout yesterday was hard my body hurts and I have to go again today. So feeling sorry for myself, and I will be spending the day alone, hubby and son both working today and I can't find anyone to play with. So I have to amuse myself and I find I get bored quickly. So a little shopping and I guess home and relax.

I was in an all day meeting and crumbled and had raisins - no bueno, they made me feel bloated, but thankfully I didn't have them 'til afternoon, so I only started to suffer towards the end.

Chicken salad for me today too. We had snow this morning-- threw my team for a loop. Traffic is ridiculous on a good day around here. Took one of my folks 2 hours to go 30 miles. She texted me that she thought she'd be at work in 15 minutes. It took her 30 more.

It's supposed to be 67 here on Fiday and a possible winter storm Sunday.
Tried the nectar lemon tea and liked it.

We bought a bag of broccoli slaw and I found a recipe for low carb broccoli noodles. You stir fry them in olive oil and a little onion and then just put your marinara sauce over it. It was ok. I still like the gluten free noodles but hubby really needs more low carb since he can eat so much.
Better on the protein. I know I need 120 grams a day, so I was concerned about yours. That'a all, I know you know what you're doing.
