Happy Tuesday Everyone, I can not believe I'm out of bed before 5:30 am on my day off to go to the gym, I want to sleep in:)

Bites:

Chocolate protein shake

1/2 bagel and cream cheese with a yogurt

Strawberry protein shake

2 small muffins, brought in by a guy at work

hamburger

pork rinds with diet pop

pork cutlet and mac n cheese and peas

sugarless jello with whipped cream

Vites: all in

Exercites: 40 min workout

Feelings: tired, was the last day of six for work and it was busy and I was so happy when 3 pm came. I am going today to the gym then aquasize with a friend and then out for brunch. Then home for a nap, should be a good day, definitely going to try to get extra rest

Susan

Hey Gina, I had to be up at 5 so I could go for my workout in the city, I can't believe I booked for both my days off, at 7am today and 8am tomorrow and 6:30 on Thursday then headed to work for that day,  I think I am crazy myself some days:)

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I saw that you posted early and was wondering if I was losing it. I knew you were looking forward to a couple of days off. Don't worry, my family just rolls their eyes at me for getting up so early every day. lol

The vampires got me pretty good today (no bruising on the blood draw), but I didn't get a sensible lunch, so I'm gonna dash to have my stir fry now!! My appointment was 1.5 hours late... how does a 9:50 appointment get so behind when the clinic starts at 09:00!!

I got a script for flagyl - just in case, but I think I'll just get the drugs but try to not use them as I don't want to mess up my immunity.

Protein shake (30)
S Cheese (20)
L All day breakfast sandwich (25)
S Chocalate bar!! :-S
D Chicken stir fry (30)

Protein total (105)
F 72+
V All in (inc 5 calcium batches) nightime iron, vit C & copper & strontium batches pending

Maybe you had to wait for the good vampire. I know the place I go to gives me a good one since they have to pull so much blood for all the tests. One can hope. lol

I hope you enjoyed the stir fry. : )

Stir fry was yum.

I saw the phlebotomist while I was waiting to see Mr Patel as he's ALWAYS late!! :-S  Most people would say 'I went to see my surgeon' but of course he wasn't my surgeon as I went to Belgium and I don't want to write an essay each time I mention him.  Maybe saying 'my consultant' would make sense - either way I was a bit vague in my post ;-)

Nice Bites but I do worry about your protein levels.
