So I have been fighting a stall for almost a month. UP and down five pounds. I have added exercise...went back to the basics and nothing seemed to help so I took some advice and weighted (pun intended) it out. I listened to the vets and stopped worrying and started trying on clothes. I am down another pant size without any weight loss. Shocked me but I was told that this would happen. I am down into a 16 now. Finally my weight started dropping again the last few days. Take the Vets advice. Do not worry. This surgery works. When you are not losing weight you are prolly losing sizes. Your body is adjusting and rearranging. This surgery is so weird but I love it.

It's funny sometimes the first thought is "I broke my DS" but experience shows that a little patience
gets you though those stall periods. Congrats that you were able to stop worrying about it.

Another thing to remember is as you lose, each pound becomes a higher percentage of your total body weight.  So it's only logical that the pounds come off slower.

I never thought about that! THanks, Patty!
