In Canada we had Family Day which starts off as a week off school for the kids here, lots of families go on ski holiday's and stuff like that. I stayed home and did housework and fun stuff like that. I work shift work so my schedule changes week to week I was just lucky enough to have 3 days off in a row, I start back to work tomorrow for 6 day shifts straight, I don't mind that as I have to go to the gym on Thursday at 6 am anyway

Ok here's one for you protein gurus. Label says "whey protein complete" translates as better than protein isolate.  This is from the EAS protein powder folks.  Truth or fiction?

double protein decaf coffee

turkey bacon

cheddar cheese sticks

double protein decaf coffee

1/2 ham & Swiss cheese on pumpernickel

mini carrots

few chips

mini bag of peanut m&ms

double protein decaf coffee

Meatloaf

Cookie

Vites: all in

fluids: 110 oz.

Fiction if it's EAS. They've reformulated again and are using the cheaper protein concoctions. Fancy labeling trying to fool you.
