Happy Friday, it finally got here, lol Happy Valentines Day
Bites:
Strawberry protein shake
2 eggs, 2 sausages, small fruit cup and a few bites of a ww pancake (restaurant)
hamburger and a few fries (mcdonalds)
salmon sandwich homemade lol
small chip and diet pop
mixed nuts
small plate of chinese food when I got home from work at midnight - was a bit hungry and a couple of valentines chocolates from hubby
Vites: all in
Exercites: 1 hour of personal training
Feelings: good my body is starting to feel like mine again, so I hope my muscles are going to be a bit happier, lol and other then that things are good, 2 more evening shifts then 3 days off, come on Sunday

Another beautiful day here with tone of singing birds.
DH has been really sick along with many folks at work. Think I'm coming down with it and I have a girls weekend in Houston planned for next weekend.

Still digging some. Roads were terrible this morning! I'm really looking forward to the warmer temps coming this week. We're supposed to get another inch of snow tonight.
