1/2 banana, 2 tsp dry low carb pb and chocolate protein shake

jello with whipped cream
apple/cheese
noodles and cutlet
few cheezies

Exercites: 45 min aquasize, 1/2 hour shoveling and then 1/2 hour with doing the trainers homework - I do not know how I am suppose to get through this mornings workout.
I have to start working evenings again, so I will not be the first one posting in the morning after you Gina for the next couple days, Lol I need a lesson on taking turns anyway lol. Have a great day everyone

It was 65 here today,
I've been mulling over the idea of setting a goal to lose 30#. Don't think it's doable, though
B: bacon, protein shake
S: couple bite wasabi edame .....way, way to hot and spicy
L: cheese, crackers
D: leaning towards bacon/eggs or a shake (DH is sick and not eating)
V: one batch done
F: ok
E: TBA
Maybe 30 is too much but 15 might be doable. I see you dropped the muffin this morning. ;)

Missed you ladies last night. Had a work event. Got 13" of snow & 6" more coming tonight. Oh well, what ya gonna do?
