Happy Tuesday Everyone,

Bites:

Strawberry Protein shake

Coffee and Bagel - caused lots for bathroom issues all afternoon and evening

Protein bar

Small fruit bowl

Small size hamburger and a few fries and a pop - A & W the buddy burger

!/2 cup cashews

2 spoons for cheese type pudding

Vites: all in

Exercites: did a fitness test for an hour in which I did 9 pushups in good form, I thought one would be my limit, so I am pretty proud- it really is amazing what a person can do. Then went to Curves gym for a workout

Feelings: good, things are quiet in my house, I am off work today and tomorrow but still have to go to the city for 7am to work out. So I do not get to sleep in that kind of sucks lol

Anyway have a great day

Susan

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Well, 9 push-ups is awesome!  I've done so many push-ups in my military career I can't even begin to count nor do I want to think about them all.  lol

I'm glad you had a good day and are excited about working out.

I read this board often and I notice you have Greek yogurt everyday. I know to get the protein. I started eating this Yopa Greek yogurt which have live cultures in it and I had a gas issue and it has diminished tremendously since eating it. Would you say the Greek yogurt helps with that. When I tell you I feel 100% better, I've never felt better. Just wanted some feedback. Don't want to think I'm crazy and my gas issue comes back. By the way since I'm lactose intolerant I get the nonfat Greek yogurt. Please advise.

I think yogurt helps some DSrs tremendously. I just like Greek yogurt and it may help but I'm not sure. Val, who posts here is a year or so further out than me and she feels strongly that her daily yogurt helps. If the carbs in the low fat yogurt aren't causing you any weight issues and it's helping, stick with it.  : )

Where's the beef?  I'm not seeing quite enough protein these days.

They're thinking 5 - 8" because there will be sleet mixed in. Oh yeah...not!  At least it's not 3' as we had in 2010.
