Popeye's - chicken tender - most breading removed

cole slaw

3 Hershey's kisses

1 marshmallow

Some sort of protein snack later on

My usual nightcap - double protein decaf coffee

vites: a calcium & bedtime batch pending

fluids: 100+ oz. be bedtime

I hope your Saturday was nice and relaxing too. We've been watching the Olympics all afternoon and had the grandbabies over this morning through lunchtime.

Had plans for getting lots of stuff done around the house but ended up sleeping all afternoon, just exhausted.

L: nachos, guacamole
D: chicken, mashed potatoes, cole slaw
S: plan decaf protein coffee

E: grocery shopping, long long nap
