Happy Saturday Everyone,

Bites:

chocolate shake with  1/2 banana and 1 tbsp of pb

muffin and coffee - from the coffee shop TIm Hortons

leftover meatloaf and low carb pasta ( my boss sees it and says " Thats it thats  your meal"for me it was reg size to I was surprised

grapes and  yogurt

cheezies - about 6 and a small bag of chips - from work the small Halloween type bags and a couple handfuls of caramel popcorn

2 pork chop, little bit fried pot and onion, and cream corn

ricotta cheese pudding - all gone :(

another bag of chips - I bought at the store ( no more chips for the week I'm done) and Pop

that is it, my snacks were a bit much and it is mostly evening eating I am getting into the habit of, I have been going to bed for the last 3 -4 nights with a full stomach, not happy about that or why I am causing it. I need to be mindful of what is happening.

Vites: all in

Excercites: 50 min VHS  - done for the week - today is my day off exercise

Feelings: had fun with Huneypie this week, something as cool as a comment on posting made my week. Thanks

Otherwise not feeling to bad, I have some stuff to think about and I will spend sometime today making my new plan for tomorrow with what I will follow exercise wise, I do my fitness testing on Monday, but I still need to be working out til a plan is made for me. So that is it for me. Gina I have to take in a food journal I'm a little nervous.

Be honest and let them help you with your diet. Make sure you tell them that you want and need to be low carb and that gluten is not your friend, if they try to hoist whole grains on you. They need to be flexible as much as you need to be compliant. Perhaps they will take an interest in your malabsorption and work with you. Good luck!

Hey Gina I hope so, I am not sure what they all want, the only thing really so far is she asked me if I wanted to be able to give up my supplements _ protein shake and protein bar - that I try to do everyday. This next week will be interesting. Thanks for your support, I was thinking this might be a good opportunity to teach them about the surgery since similar ones are being done in our Provence and they could assist with offering support, on nutrition and exercise for the newbies.

You can't give up your supplements. Your guts will not absorb micronutrients from food the way a normie will. Sounds like they aren't getting it; they are trying to push their agenda on you. Beware.
