Don't you supplement D after you get the injections and have it tested? How would you know how long the injection lasts or if it worked in the first place? How long does Dr K think they last?

S- 1oz honey Dijon almonds
1 mini clementine thing
L- Pickle slices wrapped in low sodium Sara Lee deli ham

S- Apple and peanut-butter
D- Rotosserie chicken and asparagus
S- Half a bag of m&m's
VITES- none. I put them in the cupboard. I do this EVERYTIME! Out of sight out of mind. Frick.
