Alright, all is good with the world this morning Huneypie, Happy Friday Everyone.
Bites:
chocolate - banana - Pb shake this was at 4 am
orange and yogurt 8am
hamburger soup and some bits of pineapple
strawberry shake
cashews
donut and tea
meatloaf/ mixed veggies/ low carb pasta (dreamfields)
ricotta cheese pudding
watermelon
mini bar
Vites: all in
Exercites: 50 mins of interval training
Feelings: in bed early I was up way to early for me, so needed some extra sleep- really pleased that I still exercised today.
I work through to Monday - Tuesday and Wed I am on days off, it feels like such a long way away

Yippee it's FRIDAY!!
There was a lot of rain last night and quite a few roads were cut off. It wasn't too bad at the time of day I travel in coz I leave the house at dark 'o' thirty to borrow your phrase, but the late people really got caught with many taking more than an hour than normal (on 30 minute commutes).
Anyways, I'll be leaving all this behind this weekend. I should just about manage to post tomorrow as I head for the airport hotel, but we'll see how I do after that as I'll be traveling on Sunday!!
