I ate *really* badly today :s. I'm working on it...
Breakfast - 500 ml milk -18g protein
lunch - 3 pieces goat cheese wrapped in bacon and fried - 29g protein
dinner - 1/2 piece French toast (home made no sugar)
Snack - 500ml milk - 18 g protein
800ml black tea with 300 ml milk - 9g+ protein
All vitamins done.
All liquid done.
We do go through phases where we just need a break from the pressure on eating when we don't feel like eating. Hang in there and try to get more protein but if you miss a day here and there, it really is ok, just don't let it get away fro you.

Yeah. I'm having lean veal patties for breakfast today o.o
I just felt if I had to force down one more steak or egg I would die. No one should feel that way about steak...
I was more worried about the carbs in the french toast than the protein. I was trying to get the kids/husband to eat the stale bread that they didn't like. It worked.
I really need to start swimming again, wish the snow would melt so I could get back on my bike (I don't use a car so everything is on foot or by bike and occaisionally by bus).
