***Thursday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

I wasn't going to post because I've been eating bad stuff and didn't take my vites today, but THAT'S one of my problems. Instead of hising it I need to be open and honest with myself and everyone else. I need to NOT have a choice to post or not; I have to know that I have to "report in" at night or I tend to eat more crappy things. Thanks for listening and being supportive in my tough time.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B- 3 eggs, 1 udi toast w/ butter, 4 tbsp creamer (2 in each mug of coffee)

S- n/a

L- Bunless Mcdonalds Quarter-pounder, 1/3 small fries

S- Protein shake & 5oz Smokehouse Almonds

D- Some rotisserie Chicken and steamed broccoli

S- 4 mini churro bites from Jack-in-the-box (OMG *drool*) & a couple bites of their chocolate overload cake.

VITES: None
EXECITES: Leslie Sansone's 2 mile walk workout

I ate *really* badly today :s. I'm working on it...

 

Breakfast - 500 ml milk -18g protein

lunch - 3 pieces goat cheese wrapped in bacon and fried - 29g protein

dinner - 1/2 piece French toast (home made no sugar)

Snack - 500ml milk - 18 g protein

800ml black tea with 300 ml milk - 9g+ protein

 

All vitamins done.

All liquid done.

We do go through phases where we just need a break from the pressure on eating when we don't feel like eating. Hang in there and try to get more protein but if you miss a day here and there, it really is ok, just don't let it get away fro you.

Great advice, and so true. Sometimes we just need a little break from the obsession, but then we have to get right back into it! That's where I am now. Ever since my husband left to PA on Sunday I've felt like I'm on a party vacation.. lol! What I mean is that I feel like I'm on some sort of vacation so I'm eating more sugary foods/fast food and all my patterns are off so I'm not exercising as much. Thankfully he comes home tomorrow so I can 100% get back into routine (which is important for me).

Yeah.  I'm having lean veal patties for breakfast today o.o  

I just felt if I had to force down one more steak  or egg I would die.  No one should feel that way about steak...

I was more worried about the carbs in the french toast than the protein.  I was trying to get the kids/husband to eat the stale bread that they didn't like.  It worked.

I really need to start swimming again, wish the snow would melt so I could get back on my bike (I don't use a car so everything is on foot or by bike and occaisionally by bus).
