Yay, I'm posting late and I still beat Sumundo!!

It's rather monsoony here - yep I think Noah would feel right at home in the UK the way things have been for the last few weeks.  I'm sooo looking forward to Tunisia!!

Hey I had to leave home by 5am and Gina hadn't posted yet, lol 

Bites: 

chocolate\/banana/peanut butter protein shake

yogurt

strawberry shake

grapes

cashews

protein bar

fish/rice/beans

ricotto pudding (Vals recipe from on here)

Vites: all in

Exercites: 50 min dvd

Feelings: good went and got my fitness consult done this morning at 6am and will do fitness testing on Monday - pretty excited, I hope there is hope out there to get some more of this weight off.

They talked about fiber and I know nothing about fiber, it is never something that comes up on here as far as I can tell. And they want to help increase my healthy fats and look at healthy carbs. They all so talked about trying some new supplements, liquid omega and multi vit since I malabsorb - we will see. lots of learning and I like to learn

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

lol  I don't know how I got off schedule this morning. I think I was placing an order with VitaminShoppe for DH's fish oil.

Hi Gina,
Woke up to some snow and really cold weather. We're not used to it. Hi today was 19.
Clinic wasn't bad but I bit tired and cranky I the afternoon, will have to apologize tomorrow,
