Hit my first goal!!

LOVED what the scale showed me this morning!! 199!!

It has been about 8-9 years at least since I have been below 200... this was the first goal I set.... I know I still have always to go BUT had to share my excitement!!

DS Surgery Nov 12th, 2013

SW 250 BMI 41.6

CW 127 BMI 21

123 pounds loss in 1 year 7 months!

Went from a size 22 to a size 4/6!

you go girl! I recently hit he same goal and it felt so great! The scale played with me for about 2-3 days togging 199-201 lbs until it finally dropped to 197 and continueing to lower :)
