Didn't detox today as I planned. I'll just blame it on the snow. Yes, we had another freakin' snow storm. Will it ever end?

My husband is in Boyertown right now until Saturday. We live in Arizona where it does NOT snow at all. It's always sunny and warm! He's dying over there in the snow! lol Poor thing.

Hi Over all it was a good day. I wish my husband was here so I could do my power-walking/jogging alone (he's in PA until Sat.). Oh well, I'll at least do the stationary bike for a few miles after the kids go to bed (which is very soon!).

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B- egg salad (2 eggs) with 1 tbsp mayo & black pepper
1 slice of Udi's Whole Grain GF bread
coffee with s/f creamer

L- 4oz tuna with 1 tbsp. mayo on top of a lettuce
1 apple with 1 tbsp. peanut butter and drizzle of honey

S- 2oz coconut almonds

D- BBQ burger patty with a slice of pepper jack cheese on top of a salad. 1/4 of an avocado on top.

S- 1 small clementine and a couple strawberries

VITES:
Morning- missed
Noon- Multi, Calc, D3-50
Evening- Multi

EXERCITES: I'm going to get on the stationary bike after the kids go to bed.

P.S.- I found out a new fact that will help me! I'm always really hungry with just eating eggs in the morning so I ate 1 piece of Udi's whole grain G/F toast with my egg salad and surprisingly I was a lot less hungry all day! YESSSSS!
