Good day all

Another big eating day for me, that is it I am back on the wagon today. I am always one day behind so this is for Sunday.

Bites:

Chocolate/pb/banana protein shake

snack attach - carmel popcorn, chips, chocolate bar

ceaser salad

2 chicken thighs

peach yogurt

Vites: all in

Exercites: new 45 min circuit training one that I will do for the week. - I won 15 hours with a personal trainer and I have my consult later this week, so pretty pumped about that, glad I have been exercising this last month.

Feelings: frustrated with my eating, I am on a better schedule when I work, being home and around food sucks sometimes. And we dropped of an exercise bike for a friend yesterday and she gave me 3 bags of homemade cookies, I put them in the freezer but I think I need to donate them to someone. I can't have them around.

Other then that I kind of have a new plan this week, I will exercise in the afternoon instead of the mornings to see how I do with that, but morning is what I prefer. I will be working 6 days in a row and will do it right after work and if I struggle with that I will do it before work and hopefully the next week the trainer will have a new program for me. Woo hoo

Susan

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Oops - I didn't succeed! :-(

100g isn't awful for a bad day.

I just wanted to say that I finally tried the coffee protein today and LOVED IT!!!  I have really been struggling with cold shakes and am just three weeks out - the coffee was a fabulous start to the week!!!!  Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Gina's protein coffee is below and this link has a whole bunch of different recipes http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/wls_lightweights/4621918/G ood-Morning-Post-your-favorite-protein-shake-and-protein/

"Protein Coffee

brew a pot of your favorite coffee - we like chocolate raspberry (you can also brew chai tea and use in place of coffee)

In a 20 oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 2 oz of heavy whipping cream and 2 oz of cool water, or 4 oz of half & half, a packet of Truvia or Splenda, a couple of dashes of cinnamon, and a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder.
Shake about 5 seconds to blend
Pour the protein slurry into a huge mug and fill to the top with coffee
Sir to blend and enjoy!

If you are watching your fat grams, substitute unsweetened soy or skim milk.

Always add hot liquid to cold protein slurry to keep the protein from clumping.

Always check the ingredients of a protein powder before you buy it to ensure the first ingredient listed is whey protein isolate. Don't trust the splashy label on the front."
