Update on Abe and recent Pics

Hi All,

I haven't been here in a while.  It looks like there has been some updates.  NICE!  Just thought I'd drop in and update you all on where I am in this weight loss journey.  It has been a great ride!!! 

Wasn't sure if it would ever happen, but I'm officially satisfied with my weight loss. If I lose more, it's ok but I don't feel the need to. I actually FEEL like a success!!

Sleep Apnea - GONE, High blood pressure - GONE, severe back and knee pains - GONE = Healthier Happier ME!

I went from being THE biggest person in my building at work to one of the smallest. LOL! Lv it!

surgery weight: 429 lbs (440 in left pic)
current weight: 204 lbs
Shirt size: 5/6XL to medium (small/large depending on brand)
Pants: 56 waist to 34
Suit/coat: 62r to 42r

Abe, I am brand new to this ,just joined today. My DS surgery is scheduled for march. I am about the same build and size you were at starting photo.Thanks for posting pics! Im so looking forward to seeing myself smaller like you are,playing with my kids and feeling better!!Really appreciate it! Thanks- Mike
