Good Day,
Bites:
Strawberry protein shake
protein bar
homemade chicken salad
1 piece of celery with peanut butter
1 glass of Pepsi
ground hamburger with melted cheese
little bit of potatoes/ gravy
cashews
summer sausage, and pickles
apple and cheese
protein bar
small bag of chips and canned pop - I got at work - I worked til 11pm and got bored so I went to the vending machine
Ice cream cone when I got home (son bought it, I could have left it for him, but no I wanted it.) Slap side of head moment!!
Not a great eating day,snack wise, it was to much but I do want to mention all the portions were small
Vites: all in
Exercise: 30 min cardio
Feelings: mostly bored and having head hunger - today will be a better day - take care and Happy Friday Everyone.

P.S. Gina I thought the salad dressing and cashews and some peanut butter would help with fat, but not so much at this point.
another thing I wanted to add, I have my protein shake in the morning then exercise then have a protein bar right after, then wait a while for lunch. I heard that you should have protein about your exercise schedule, have you heard anything like that? I'm I over doing it?
I think the protein you're having before and after your exercise is good. Perfect.

I was dumb today and ate chocolate - a lot of it!! Somebody brought some in to work and I was weak. It gave me stomach ache and I had to take some paracetamol. I'm just about over it now and I hope I learned my lesson!!

We finally got above 30 degrees today. Couldn't even get into the gas station today at noon because the car wash was backed up all the way around the corner. I'll go early in the morning and try to beat the crowd.
