***Saturday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
I'm glad your system is doing a bit better with chocolate. I admit I'll have chocolate from time to time but I try to get dark organic chocolate. Scratches the itch without so much sugar.
I think OH's geeks must be part-time. lol One bug fix every few days.

LOL that tickled me about the single bug fix a day.
BTW I'm glad you mentioned boron in the other post. I always forget to mention it as I get enough in the Bone Booster Complex.

Great Bites! Tell me about those Vites. You may already have and I've forgotten due to senior moments. Tell me again; I'm old. :)

Anyway, I take Celebrate Multi vites everyday. Normally I take them with extra calcium (Citrical Petites) and one of my 2-3 batches a day I take a Biotech D3-50 also) but I put those in the cupboard which = mistake. Outta sight outta mind. 😒
Oct 2012 I had my labs done and had low D (it was at 26), high PTH (100), and my calcium levels were fine. I lost my insurance some months after so I haven't had my labs done again. BUT, starting January 1 I am now covered on insurance and went to my doctor for a lot of stuff (including my labs). I then came down with the worst cold of my life which turned into a sinus infection so I've been on anti-biotics for 10 days. My doctor's office said not to get my labs done while on amoxicillin because it might mess with the readings. Yesterday I took my last pill so they said wait a few days after I'm done with meds. That would have been great if I could go tomorrow, but now my husband just left today to Philadelphia (we're in AZ) for a business trip and I don't see myself bringing 3 little kids to get my blood drawn (they're 2,3,4) so early in the morning (because I have to fast). So I'm probably going to have to wait till the next Monday (since he'll be back Saturday) to go.
Anyway, I'm really excited to finally be able to get updated labs so I can tweak my vites appropriately.
Oh, and since there was obviously calcium being taken from my bones for who knows how long, I just had a bone scan. The results showed nothing out of the ordinary so I'm very grateful/blessed/lucky to catch the high PTH/calcium issue before it caused irriversable damage.
