Hi guys,
Please forgive any misspelled words. OH's spell checker isn't working for me and I'm a terrible speller.    Anyway, I'm doing a protein-shake-only fast today, or that's the plan.
Update: I did pretty well carbs wise but I didn't stick to protein shakes only. 


BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - protein coffee (30g)
S - hard boiled egg
S - another hard boiled egg
L - protein shake (30g)
S - hard boiled egg

D - thinly sliced, super tender, slow cooked chuck roast and a small tossed salad 
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
laundry and housework

How come you're doing a fast?

Scale is creeping up and I haven't been getting my walking done in the past few months. I need a good Spring thaw, less carbs and more walking.

WOW! I'm impressed.
I've seriously considered doing something similar (plus bacon LOL) for the scale and my stomach issues.
How long are you planning to do it?

Hi Gina, I want to do a protein day to, just not ready for that kind of commitment. You are amazing and good luck with that.

Bites:
chocolate, coffee. protein shake

omelet and 1 slice rye toast and a few hashbrowns _ restaurant

apple

protein bar

2 pieces pizza pepsi

one more piece of pizza after I got home at 1130 pm - it all gave me indigestion, so enough pizza for a while again. 

Vites: all in

Exercites: 45 min weight and cardo

Feelings: good met a friend for lunch that is on her own weightloss journey so it was fun to hear how well she is doing.

Hang tough, Susan. Sometimes you just need the flavor and pizza toppings will go just as far as the crust.

I suffered NO ill effects last night from yesterday's chocolate consumption... gone are the days when a single bite of chocolate would give me diarrhea. Just the immediate stomach cramps at the time were all I suffered. Oh well back to the Miralax as usual!! 

I spent today batching up the next 3 weeks worth of vits and realized I didn't have B1!!  I placed an Amazon order and that will be with me on Monday - no beri beri here, thank you!!

BTW a link icon has now appeared so we can again link to things, so people on phones and tablets can just click them.
