Good day all,

chocolate shake with pb and banana

2 coffee

chef salad, homemade, made enough for two

piece of ham

protein bar

meatballs and the rest of the chef salad

1 sherbet treat 100 cal

sugar free pudding

2 toffee at mother in laws

1 glass of sprite pop

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1/2 of cardio

Feelings: ok today, rested most of the day after exercising, talked to a friend and took supper to mother in law who is 92 still living at home.

I read an article that asks 'can you live without toilet paper' here http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2547585/Could-YOU-l ive-without-toilet-paper-Meet-women-choose-wipe-reusable-pie ce-cloth-instead.html

The people in the article use cloths that they put through their washing machines.  All I can say is a resounding 'no'!!

Yesterday was horrible in a lot of ways. My headache/nausea came back all day (sinus infection stuff) and I was also suffering bad PMS. UuHhGgG... miserable ALL day. Hopefully AF starts today so I can get back on track asap! PMS makes me want/have to snack snack snack!

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B- 2 egg omelette with 1 slice GoVeggie cheese, coffee

S- 100 cal. pack Cocoa roast almonds and a string cheese

L- Tuna salad (2 pouches of tuna, mayo, lettuce, cherry tomatoes) and 1 clementine

S-Fruit Roll-up
S#2- Cocoa roast almonds and another fruit roll-up
S#3- Quaker oatmeal with butter and brown sugar and another clementine

D- Sweet & Spicy Chicken, green beans, a little wild rice

VITES:
Only 1 multi around 1pm

EXERCITES:
Over 2 miles on the exercise bike.
