Hello everyone

Bites:

strawberry protein shake

2 coffee with whitener and splenda

chef salad (homemade)

one glass of pepsi and a small bag of chips

celery and pb

roast pork, low carb pasta, spoon of beets, spoon of lettuce salad, and spoon of yellow beans

some chips and dip ( son brought home chip dip- had about 10-15 )

a few chocolates and gummy treat at mother in laws in the evening 

Vites: all in

Exercites: 40 min of dvd and weight machine

Feelings: missing the focus that I had had for the last two weeks, but trying to monitor what I am doing. Overall I'm feeling ok, restless kind of, shiftwork seems to give a person a lot of time alone and I'm not great at being alone if I have nothing to do or don't want to do anything.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Sorry to hear it's so bad weatherwise for you.  It's reasonably mild over here thank goodness.

I'm starting to peel from my glycolic acid peel - I hope I can get this over with by the weekend... peeling sucks!! :-S

Yes, I'm going on hol in about 10 days.  This is a very light peel plus it's not going to be that hot in Tunisia at this time of year.  I'll wear a high SPF so I'm sure I'll be fine.

We only got about an inch last night (Tuesday) and I don't see anything in the forecast for today. It just missed us.

Hey all!

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B- 2 eggs, 2 bacon
S- .5oz mixed nuts, 32 oz G2
L- Tuna Salad
S- 100 calorie bag of Cocoa Roast Almonds, 2 clementine's
D- 1 cup of the best split pea soup I've ever made/had in my entire life!, and a little side salad
S- I'm about to make a protein shake because looking at MFP #'s, I didn't get as much protein as I should have today.

VITES: Done!
Morning: Multi & 1 Calcium
Noon: Multi & D (50k iu)
Evening: Multi

EXERCITES:
--Morning: Jogged/power-walked 1.8 miles. The first mile I was hauling a** and jogged it in a little over 10 minutes! I'm so proud!!! :D The rest of the time I was doing more power-walking than jogging because I was so tired from the first mile! I didn't want to stop but my daughter (she's 3) said she wanted to go home and use the bathroom.
--Evening: 3.2 mile walk (47 min)
