I was on a training course today, I had a croissant and my insides have been well behaved.  If I'd have had the sandwiches on offer I'm pretty certain it'd be different story as my quota doesn't extend that far, so while my menu doesn't look as good as it could be, it was a lot better than the alternative.  There was no gluten free option so I ducked out and got my own lunch.

B Decaff protein coffee (30)
S Croissant
L Creamy chicken thingy (30)
S Cheese (15)
S Yogurt (5)
D Chicken breast (30)

Protein total (110)
F 72+
V All in (inc 6 calcium batches) nightime iron, vit C & copper & strontium batches pending

Good for you, a creamy chicken thingy has to be better than the crap they serve when they're holding you hostage for training.

LOL, the chicken thingy was a canteen dish and I can't remember what they called it, but that's what is was.  The sandwiches would've made me horrible gassy.

Crazy here too. The bottom is dropping out and the high tomorrow is 20 degrees. Ugh!

Yep, hubby drinks a Nectar cappuccino protein coffee every morning. I make it with 1/2 & 1/2 like mine.
