40 down 96 to go
I just have to say that I am SOOOO glad I made the decision to get the DS and not one of the other procedures. I'm 6 weeks out (as of tomorrow) and I'm down 40 pounds and have 96 to go. I don't know if the other procedures have this quick of a loss, but I'm amazed and so thankful for it. I can breath easier, walk without pain, bend over to tie my shoes, and many other things I couldn't do before, and this is only at a 40 pound loss! I can't wait to see what all I can do when I'm at goal :-D
I do have to admit that I'm not good about exercising which I know I really need to do. I have a membership to Planet Fitness and I've only been going once or twice a week. I really need to go more.
