Hi Gina

Bites: 

1 coffee with creamer

Chocolate shake with pb and banana

3 eggs, 3 sausages, 3 slices of bacon, 1/2 slice rye toast - at resturant

1/2 bag of chips and pepsi

low carb maple pecan square with chia seeds- snack from health food store

2 pieces of chicken

3 pieces of meatloaf

peas

1 1/2 cups low carb pasta with tomato sauce

frozen sherbet treat 100 calories

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1/2 hr of cardio

Feelings: sore tummy from overeating at supper, but otherwise not to bad

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I got a nice lunch in today and DH has cooked a chicken casserole for dinner this evening so I'm looking forward to that.

Your exercites don't look any fun - I got out of the lounge to let the iRobot get to work of vacuuming... and even then it's too much work, why can't it be quieter, why do you have to get out of the room, emptying sucks too... I need a maid he he!! kiss

toppings off 2 slices of sausage pizza

tossed salad w/ lots of protein yummies
