Back in the office today...white knuckle decarbing.

S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts

L - protein shake (30g)
S - chili and one tiny piece of cake for a cake tasting at work

D - chicken tenders and ranch dressing dip
S -

4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Bites:

2 coffee with whitener and splenda

strawberry protein shake

1/2 quest bar

bolonia sandwich with an extra piece of ham and cheese

orange

meat, cheese, pickles - small plate amount

1/2 cups nuts

fruit bowl - small bowl

1/2 quest bar

double hamburger and diet pepsi - fall off the wagon

I ate a lot today 

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1/2 weight training

Feelings: just about over the sinus cold, want to mention my coworker brought a bag of sugar candy to work and I didn't have any and when I couldn't stand it anymore I made her eat what she had left. And my hubby brought home 4 boxes of chips, I am surrounded and my self control has gotten to kick in, it is going to be a tough weekend

B - pot of tea with heavy cream; 2 eggs, 1 slice cheese and chicken sausage

S - turkey jerky and mozzarella/prosciutto roll 

L - 4 oz rib eye and some veggies

S - Greek yogurt w/slivered almonds

D - craving veggies and going out... TBD

Vites: on target for the day

Cites: nope - meetings meetings meetings...

Oh Gina, you're putting me to shame with your low carbing.

I'm going to do a bit better on the carb front next week, thanks in part to b1751's idea of looking on Pinterest for some inspiration.  I have ribs and turkey drumsticks to name but a few in my grocery order that will be delivered tomorrow.  I seem to be maintaining regardless - I think I'd have to get saintly, like you to lose and alas the bottom of the healthy range will elude for now.

I got slightly more protein in today so I wasn't quite so hungry.

You might get rid of the mac & cheese so you won't crave more carbs. Start fresh!

4 degrees this morning. Brrrrrr
I hear ya on the white knuckle thing....that's what I need to do again but I don't want the stomach issues that seem to go along with it.

B: bacon, protein shake
L: salad with chicken, feta cheese, pecans
S: (throughout the afternoon) cheese, crackers, sopapilla
D: meatloaf, 1/2 sm baked potato, steamed spinach, glass of wine

V: done
F: ok
E: work, grocery shopping, 30 min on WII Fit

Still super cold here too. I NEED to get outside and walk! 

I'm hoping I can continue the decarbing--I'm not liking the scale again.  :(

blushI am upset and angry. Just learned that I have to cover another office tomorrow. Of course it's the office that over 40 miles away. And to top it off, they're  calling for 3" of snow. Grrrrrrr.
