Finally Switched and Home!!!

Oh i know its painfuL i had an open ds three weeks ago and the pain was a whole other level. It gets better with the pain i just feel sore now nausea and vomiting did get better after two weeks. It gets better slowly but surly :-)

I know there is a light at the end of the tunnel, but it looks like a very distant light. I actually feel pretty good.

Well, the road and some twists and turns but you finally got your DS. I'm so glad for you! Now just sip sip sip and walk walk walk. Each day will be better than the one before.

I do feel better but then I try and push myself a little harder just to end up in some vad pain. However, I do feel better, I just need to learn to take it easy.

No need to ever apologize for a long post. This will help many newbies and others considering surgery.

After surgery is the worst. And all the reading you do, simply cannot prepare you for what reality becomes after surgery. It will get better! Congrats!

That is so true. I have been reading and researching for nearly three years and I feel extra lost. Funny how that happens. I wonder if the anesthesia cause memory loss or maybe its all the stress/pain of surgery. Who knows!
