Killer day in clinic so my eating was shot. No break, just snacking during the day. Also was mindful that I couldn't afford to have a bad stomach day, Am already in bed with my "dinner"

I'm still working from home this week. Schools are closed again today. The commuting area keeps growing for DC and the surrounding counties, but budgets seem to shrink; not a good combo for dealing with snow and ice and traffic volume.
Sounds like you did the best you could, just stay hydrated and your pockets filled with cheese.
