Bites:
chocolate protein shake with pb and banana
coffee with creamer
atkins bar
hot hamburger, onions, mushrooms, no bread - rice and broc
nuts
little bit of fruit and chocolate dip(from health food store - no carb)
chicken noodle soup and a few crackers and 1/2 slice toast (sinus cold got me good to night)
Vites: all in
Excercites: 1/2 weight training
Feelings: sick still with sinus cold and pissed at boss at work she is a idiot. lol some days

my health store is wanting to know the brand name of the popcorn so they can see if it can be ordered
Yum... cooked burger onions - I may have to have some very soon, ie the weekend as I have to go buy them from the burger stand as nobody can cook them like they do!! ;-)

Hi everyone. Sorry I've been MIA. Had some things going on in the family. Was doing well with my eating, but the stress and travel got me off track for a few days. FYI....NEVER buy a 2-pound bag of Hershey kisses when you are stressed and have PMS lol.
B- 1 egg, sausage crumbles
S- Light and Fit yogurt, granola/almonds
S- Hershey Kisses
L- Bean and Bacon Soup with extra bacon crumbled in it, couple cheese cubes
D- Rotisserie chicken thigh, snow peas
S- More rotisserie chicken
