SO, I have had a few one week delays but I just got over my first three week Stall. I even went back up 4 pounds which scared the crap out of me. Finally I started dropping again but I had to play with my diet a little and eat some COOKIES! Poor me. I hate the effect of it though...ouch. For noobs stalling do not panic it will start back up again. It really sucked watching that scale stay still and even go up for three weeks. I am so close to making it to the 100's, so I am anxious and this stall really really, SUCKED!

No doubt. Nothing more frustrating than seeing a stall extend into several weeks. Glad your back on track.

Don't forget to try on some new clothes with these stalls.  That's always a mood lifter.

You are doing so awesome! Congrats on the huge loss and so glad you are passed that stall. I had a few of those myself and I'm sure I will have a few more before I done. Try on some clothes like Valerie said. you may find ahuge difference in your size.
