Well tomorrow will be a week already since my panni surgery all went well, I feeling pretty good, got one drain removed today doc says everything looks great, she did the panni plus some lipo. I am sore and tire easily but I feel great, doc removed 10lbs WOOOHOOO lol!!! Haven't really seen everything and still swollen a bit so I will wait maybe till Monday after second drain is out. I have a question to those who've had these procedures what is the difference between a binder and girdle??? Right now I am wearing the binders given to me in the hospital doc today said Monday I get a girdle?? Any input would be awesome and thanks to everyone's input prior to my procedure, I didn't have a bad time but it's all thanks to the ever awesome Cleveland Clinic

next stop arm lift and breast lift doc has appealed the ins co, she is confident on the outcome cannot wait...can someone also advise on arm lift what's involved pain recovery ect ect THANKS EVERYONE BLESS AND PLEASE STAY WARM AND SAFE DURING THIS ARTIC BLAST

Glad you are doing well. I was doing well, and over a month after my surgery my incision popped open. They had me shed the binders about 10 days post.

Omg that sounds scary what did you do??  I am  8 days out and have been strongly advised to keep the binder, on Monday I have another doc appt and she said they're giving me a girdle? Not sure yet what that will look like lol... I was told my incisions were inside ?

You might want to try posting your girdle/binder question on this forum if you don't get any replies on this forum http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/plasticsurgery/a,messagebo ard/board_id,4861/

All the best for a continued recovery.
