Hey friends! I hit 50% of my excess weight loss!!!! 100 lbs in 4 months!!!! I know the 2nd half isn't as easy as the 1st but it feels more doable than ever. My initial goal was 50% by 6 months so hitting it at 4 blows my mind!!! :)
