I made something yummy!
This is good enough that i have to share with y'all.
I've always touted the wonders of ricotta and all of it's protein value. Today I had a cup of ricotta left in my container. I mixed two eggs, a tsp of sweetener, a tsp of vanilla extract and orange extract. I then microwaved it for 4 minutes in a greased dish. It made the most wonderful custard! It was my breakfast today, but I could also see it as a decadent evening snack. I ate the whole thing and upon my count, yields 40g of protein!!!
