Upper Left Ab Pain. ER Visit??

3 years out. Im having some pretty bad upper left quadrant abdominal pain.  Feels like a ball is stuck inside me.  It hurts to take deep breaths and get up and down.  Maybe its gas that is trapped? I saw some things online about a ruptured spleen, ahhh! Or an intestinal issue. Any ideas? ER visit in order? Keep in mind im also 10 weeks pregnant

At 10 weeks pregnant I would not mess around... if it were me I would head to the ER...

Go to the ER I had this type of pain for a couple of weeks and because I waited so long to go to the ER I ended up in the hospital for 6 days, so please go check it out.

( by the way mine was caused by a stricture)
