Bites:

porridge and 1 slice toast

2 coffee with creamer

protein bar

meat sandwich and grapes and a juice box (picnic with the kids)

cutlet - potato and cream corn

100 cal ice cream treat

pepsi

protein shake

Vites: all in

Excercites: 1 1/2 swimming with kids, stomach muscle so sore from them jumping in and me catching them yesterday and today

Feeling: suffering from a sinus cold, not  happy but it will pass

Just had my dexa scan this afternoon. The radiologist said that it looks the same as last year's. I had borderline osteopenia in L1 and L2 last time and that a year isn't enough time for any change to be visible, so on that basis if I get a dexa scan annually that means it will NEVER change!!

If you keep at your calcium and the rest you'll see small improvements. Get the results and track the numbers. I moved from osteoporosis to osteopenia. If this old broad can do it, you can.  : )

Hi everyone.  I start a new job next week, so I'm stress eating.

BITES:
B - double scoop protein shake (60g)
S - 1 slice of pizza
S - 1 pork chop, cesar salad
L
- chicken hind quarter(20g)
S- Safeway muffin loaded with butter, eaten with clotted cream
D - pork roast (20g), carrots
S- ice cream

VITES:
Cranking on them tonight.
 
EXERCITES: shopping for new clothes, from head to toe.
