I was out at MIL's today and got back late. I had some carrot cake today so got less protein in - not that I'd have got the opportunity to get protein in if I hadn't had it. I didn't suffer too badly after having the cake whereas the beans I had yesterday nearly killed me despite my having them last weekend without any issues!!

I have got to try your fried chicken and sour cream. I've used ranch dressing but keep forgetting to try sour cream. Do you add anything to the sour cream or is it plain?

Very productive day. Trying out a new banana bread recipe & managed to fling the batter all over my kitchen. What a sight. Drippy, gooey mess everywhere. LOL.
