BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - white chicken chili
S - peanuts
D - chili
S - maybe some CarbSmart ice cream. Nope, I had a small glass of port wine and a small square of dark chocolate.

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
laundry and housework
helped DH clean out the basement

Hi all,

Bites:

Protein shake, strawberry

protein bar

salad with Greek dressing

nuts

orange

2 pieces of KFC chicken, few fries, 1 tbsp mac salad and pot salad

chocolate protein shake with 1/2 banana and 1 tbsp pb

Vites: all in

Excercites: 1/2 hour dvd

Feelings excited got the grand kids til Sunday and soooo happy.

Ps this is yesterdays meal plan I am doing one day behind, it is helping me track better

 

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Hi Gina, those are some sucky excercites you have going on there.  I did some laundry, but not much housework.  I just had a nice relaxing day for the most part.  I'm trying to resist the call of takeaway tonight, it's just so tempting though.  Oh for the days when I just used to spend, spend, spend. I try and channel my budget towards vitamins nowadays. kiss

It was brutal today. DH decided to clean out the basement too.  Whew!

Enjoy your weekend. I totally understand the budget and vitamins. So much for retail therapy any more.

You must have needed the rest. lol

I try to stay our of hubby's way when he starts doing big jobs; he is so organized and methodical. I only help him on the fringes but that is plenty for me.
