Yay, we nearly made it again - TGINF!!
I have sleep and lunch in a restaurant with DH and MIL one day this weekend, so that'll be fun.
BTW thanks for clarifying the difference between magnesium oxide and citrate there. I didn't respond there coz notifications seem to be going down intermittently at the mo.

Killer day at work....again.
Got an email from Dr. K last night that my labs were fine.
B: bacon, protein shake
S: string cheese
L: turkey sandwich with 1 slice WW bread, 2 pickles (didn't work . )
S: blackberries on the way home
D: bacon wrapped shrimp in the oven
V: one batch left
F: ok
E: Nada...going to bed early
It's been a crazy week for sure. I'd like to see those lab numbers when you get them. Glad he thinks they're fine though.

Hi All,
Had a good day today, excited about getting the grandkids for the weekend, only three though instead of all 5 which works for me the little ones are to much work and I want to take the three to the pool to do lots of swimming/
Bites:
B:chocolate protein shake with 1 tbsp pb and 1/2 a banana and 2 ice cubes
S: 3 scrambled eggs with cheese
L: yogurt
S: sugarfree pudding and a protein bar
D: meat and cheese sandwich with a decaf coffee
Vites: all in
Exercite: 1/2 hour dvd
Feelings: good a little bit of a struggle tonight but focused overall, very happy with myself
was at the dentist today and got a filling that is why the yogurt for lunch lol
