baking with protein powder
I have heard of folks using it in baking or blending it in chili or soup. I know the consistency will change if heated to a certain point; similar to the way an egg white will go from liquid to spongy when cooked. I'll see if I can find some recipes. You might give it a Google though.

The World According to Eggface has some interesting looking protein muffins that use protein powder. I haven't made any yet but I have tried her "bites" recipes and they are really good. I love her blog!
I just went to http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/ and searched on "protein muffins".
