Almost 1 month out changes

This time last month I went on my pre op liquid diet and measured myself...so i figured to day I would measure myself to see the changes..I am sooo excited. I have lost 40lbs and 7 inches from my hips, 6.5 from my waist. It has been a rocky month but I was blessed with a complication free surgery! When I total up the inches from everywhere it is just as much as my weight loss! I know this will not always be the case and my loss will slow down, but I am excited and motivated to keep going! My lovely kinder students gave me a stomach bug so its been a tough weekend but I seem fine tonight and ready for tomorrow!
