Hi guys!  The hospital I work for has a fitness center off-site and I get a great discount on it.  I finally made an appointment to do my consultation with the trainer and get my butt moving.  I have a 5k in July, and haven't ran since I was in school.  So time to quit making excuses and get on the treadmill and start training :)

B1-Light and Fit greek yogurt with granola/almonds

B2- 1 egg, sausage crumbles

S- handful of cocoa almonds, cheese cubes

L- sausage crumbles, about 2 tsp maple syrup 

D- chicken and cheese chimichanga, sour cream

Work tonight...plan is can of tuna made into tuna salad with a couple crackers.  Packing a string cheese and another Light and Fit greek yogurt for snacks if needed.

Bought some of those cocoa almonds. Tried them today.  Very tasty indeed.  Good luck on your 5k this summer.

Ah, now I understand. Dry mag cit for calcium absorption and mag oxide to help you poo.

Hi Gina,
Actually had a really good day in clinic! We were all shocked.
Looking forward to the 3 day weekend. The weather is supposed to be nice, so plan to wash windows
