hi friends i have a question bariatric advantage has a new complete vitamas called ulta muit formula with iron for the ds, paients they state that all you need to add is caluim and you are done for the day i would love your thoughts on this one

It contains the wrong form of A and only 3000 mgs of D. I take 100,000ius of D and most DSer's need 50,000 ius, minimum. Save your $$ and get them separate.

These usually don't work out well so generally I am not a fan. I forget, how far out are you and how were your last labs?

i have not had surgery as of yet is just finished my 6 months PCP follow ups and the first letter was sent yesterday so i am waiting on my answer so the waiting games may be ending soon

our needs are individual based on our personal blood work. A preformulated one-size-fits-all pill will never work. Save your money and buy the specific vitamins you need, in the dosages that your system requires.
