Oh, I should've had peanuts instead of cheesecake as I had too much and now I feel blah.  It catches me every time as I'm not capable of having a 'dainty' portion!! :-S  Oh well, I'll chalk it up to being happy at getting Monday out of the way!! mail

I hope your commute and the snow were kind to you today.  I'm glad that it notices that they days are staring to get longer already - soon it'll be spring, yay!!

I'm doing really well with the peanuts today. I actually left them alone until after lunch. kiss   My team is working from home tomorrow when it's supposed to get so very cold.  Nobody needs to be out in that kind of cold.

Swinging lizards to the gods you don't get punished for the cheese cake but I know it's too good to pass up.

feeling much better this afternoon but still coughing.
Watched daytime TV: Suoer Shred Diet, Dr. Oz's diet, the diet on the Doctors. Get the gist?
The scale's not moving.

Hang in there. You probably aren't challenging your metabolism right now being sick and everything. Keep at it. I haven't seen the scale move either but I haven't been walking and it's only been about 3 days for me.

It takes me a good 2 weeks to get the scale moving now and that's if I'm able to walk a lot of laps.

good day everyone, 

My meals today have been pretty good, stayed in because it is -50 here and it is not getting any better. It was nice to have a day off

B: protein shake same as usual

L: 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and 1/2 a whole wheat english muffin

S: 2 deviled eggs

D: 2 meatballs, pasta and beets and peas

Vites: all in except bedtime

Excercites: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dishes 2x, laundry and I am counting cooking to

Feeling: pretty good really, optimistic I dare say, some things are going really well in my life and it feels good. So I pray it continues.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
