Hi guys,
Lovely. I've caught DH's cold. Maybe if I do mostly protein shakes today and tomorrow I can "feed a cold and starve a fever" and get some of Elvis' holiday pounds to leave the building.

I hope you nip your cold in the bud.  Lots of R&R should help so I hope you manage to get some this weekend.

I had a quiet day home today as I'm happy to stay indoors in the warm - it's been raining a lot over here with a lot of areas flooding and on the news, thankfully I don't live in a flood zone.

B Sausage Egg McMuffin 30

L Beef tagliatelle (only had a taste of the pasta) 35
S Berry protein shake (berries, heavy cream & protein) 30
D Chicken breast in creamy mushroom sauce 30

V Yep: inc 6 calcium batches, 2 zinc batches + bedtime iron, copper, vit C & strontium batches pending

Well my day today constitute of

B: protein shake

L protein shake

S: grapes and a small bowl of popcorn

D: 2 chicken drumsticks, beans and a bit of rice with a sf pudding

Thats it folks so doing pretty good, super busy at work today so no time to eat really so I fit in a shake.

Vites; all in except bedtime

Exercites: nothing really

Feelings: good

DD has a cold too. I think we got it from the recent family visitation, they were all sick.

I see that nap yesterday afternoon--that's what I did too to stay away from the kitchen. lol
