Well today has been a eat up some of the leftover chocolate day
B: protein shake
S: 2 sausages, 1 egg and bit of fried potato and 1/2 slice of one slice of toast
L: hamburger helper - left overs
S: cheezies, and diet pop and chocolates
D: smokie and 3 perogies with sour cream
Vites: all in
Exercise: shoveling snow
Feelings: anticipation for some changes
Hmm...marking my calendar for January 3d...Eat-Up-Leftover-Chocolate-Day. Got it!
